 Warranty & Return Policy
Limited Warranty: TrueHeart™ rings are manufactured using high quality materials and processes. It is reasonable to expect normal wearing of rings over time. Proper care and storage is essential to maintaining the look of your ring. In the event of abnormal wear or chipping in any antiqued style TrueHeart Designs will replace your Plated ring for $12 and Sterling ring for $28. To receive your replacement ring please send your damaged ring along with your payment to TrueHeart Designs, PO Box 1230, Keller, Texas 76244.
Care Instructions: Now that we are entrusting its care to you, here are some suggestions that will keep your TrueHeart™ ring looking its best as long as possible.
DO NOT USE ANIT-BACTRERIAL SOAP WHILE WEARING A PLATED RING...It may cause the rings finish to become dull.
Remove your jewelry when:
· cleaning the house or using harsh chemicals
· putting on lotion, perfume, hairspray, shaving cream and other beauty products
· doing laundry
· swimming in the pool
· bathing
· experiencing extreme cold or heat - especially one right after the other
To clean your fine jewelry:
· use warm water and mild soap
· rinse
· polish with a soft cloth
Returns:TrueHeart Designs will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) To obtain a RAN you must email returns@trueheartdesigns.com. If approved, a RAN will be emailed to you with complete return instructions.
